Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra

The French pianist of Italian descent Aldo Ciccolini is now a legendary figure thanks to his extensive experience – his career spans more than 55 years – and his exceptional skill and sensitivity. His performance of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto no. 4 will be accompanied by the Thessaloniki State Orchestra, conducted by their charismatic artistic director Myron Michailidis. The orchestra, a pioneering force in the Greek classical music scene that has collaborated with internationally renowned recording companies, will also be performing works by Puccini and Respighi.
