A workshop led by composer Stavros Gasparatos will be held at Peiraios 260, on the occasion of his performance Rage Park that is to be presented at Athens & Epidaurus Festival 2018. The workshop will focus on composition techniques and music technology which will be used during the performance.
The workshop is intended for musicians, artists from various fields, and all those interested in the implementation of technology in the arts.
Prior music or dance experience is not required.

Applications must include the title of the workshop, the applicant’s full name, and whether the applicant is an artist or not.
Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

Stavros Gasparatos is a composer and sound artist. In addition to his personal projects, he scores music for theatre, cinema, and dance.
Since 2000, he has composed music for over 100 productions, collaborating with major Greek and international artists and institutions (National Theatre of Greece, Athens & Epidaurus Festival, Onassis Cultural Centre, Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), Greek National Opera, Neos Kosmos Theatre, Ryerson Theatre School – Toronto, Mime Festival – London, Dock 11, Ballhaus NS – Berlin, De Wagg – Amsterdam, Macau C.C. – China, Paris Villette, EMPAC – N.Y., Dallas Opera , BAM – New York Onassis CC NY, The Watermill Center – NY, The Glass House – NY, Documenta14 – Kassel, Remai Modern, Canada, and many more.)
